Every product you order at Ink Elements, manufactured by hand for you. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. This is why we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order.
30-day return guarantee
If you should not be completely happy for your purchase, just make use of our 30-day return guarantee. Simply return your product within 30 days of receipt. Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a wrong or damaged item is sent out by mistake.
If you receive a wrong item please contact first our customer support at email@example.com and insert a note stating your order number and which item you actually ordered. We will arrange to return it to our warehouse and send you the correct item ASAP.

- The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
- The item(s) should be in the original state
- The item(s) are returned within 30 days after you received them.
If you receive a damaged/bad quality item you do not need to return the item. You can keep it or give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and include a photo of the damaged/bad quality good. If we can see on the photo it is damaged/bad quality, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP or you can choose from the following options:
- Exchange for a voucher to be redeemed towards your next order
- Refund of your product cost
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Tips to avoid returns
You have to be sure about your size
When planning an order, be sure about your size measurement. There is a crystal clear sizing chart on every product page.
REMEMBER: the fitted apparel fit small. If in doubt order a size up, everything shrinks if you dry it on hot. You may also want to consider the unisex fit.
If you're on the fence about a women's fitted XL, get a Unisex Medium or Large instead. It's almost the same but a little bit bigger and the sleeves are slightly longer. It's easier to make a shirt that is too big smaller than to make a shirt that is too small bigger.
Read the order confirmation email straight away
Maybe you feel like changing the color, the design or realize that you mistyping your address. If this is the case, right after you receive the order confirmation, contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and cancel the order before it goes to print. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change anything about the order anymore.
Calculate with a buffer period
We’re quite fast, but we can’t make any guarantees. This may be due to various reasons (local postal network, holiday periods etc). If your order doesn’t arrive in time for a birthday or wedding anniversary, this does unfortunately not constitute a reason for a return.
